COVID-19 Precautions
The following operational changes are in effect for the time being. Please ensure that you and your guests abide by these recommendations. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact a staff member in the office.
- Maximum of 2 owners or guests in the office. Masks are required.
- Please limit elevator use to one family / party at a time.
- CDC guidelines require no more than 8 people in the pool at one time.
Safety Procedures
We expect your stay at the Sandpiper will be a safe and pleasant one. However, you and your party should be familiar with the following safety procedures.
- There is no lifeguard on the beach. Please use caution while swimming in the ocean.
- Monitor your exposure to the sun and heat, and ensure that you remain hydrated.
- Be aware of changing weather conditions. If thunder or lighting is present, seek shelter.
- Discuss with your party where you will meet if you are separated during an evacuation.
- A fire extinguisher is in each unit under the sink.
- In case of fire, use the stairs on either end of the building to evacuate to ground level.
- Please report any suspicious or dangerous activities to the office.
Coffee and Donuts
Note: This activity may be suspended due to COVID-19 safety concerns.
A Sandpiper Beach Club tradition. Please join us for coffee and donuts in the picnic area on Tuesday morning from 10 to 11 am. It’s a chance to meet some of the other guests, as well as members of the staff. In addition to coffee, orange juice is also available.
If you and your party plan to attend, please call the office at extension 6606 by Monday and let us know how many people to expect.

Housekeeping
For our guests staying for more than one week, housekeeping will arrange a time with you to service your unit either before Saturday or at the beginning of the new week. You should expect a telephone call from the housekeeping staff to arrange a specific day and time.
During the week, should you require additional basic supplies or have a special need, please contact housekeeping or the office.
Maintenance
Should you encounter any issues during your stay, please contact the office and we’ll work to make things right. For an after office hours emergency, please call the onsite manager’s extension.
